Overview

Eravant is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to inspect products for cosmetic, mechanical, and electrical non-conformance, prepare and preserve additional documents, reinforce quality processes, and ensure that the customer receives a product that meets the Eravant standard.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that NetSuite dashboard is monitored for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection.
• QA inspection for cosmetic, mechanical, and electrical standards for all products. This may include accurate labels, correct waveguides, correct dimensions, and test data for various series of parts.
• Responsible for outgoing QA and QC of all products before shipment, looking for any non-conformances.
• Responsible for incoming QA and QC for all products received.
• Audit work order entries in our company ERP system (NetSuite).
• Assemble and Electrically Test Passive millimeter wave products for receiving inspection.
• Follow the VRMA processes by preparing Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation for non-conforming material.
• Perform NIST traceable calibration as needed for minor equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent. BA/BS degree in a related field a plus.
• Minimum two years of relevant QA inspection experience.
• Experience using basic inspection tools such as, but not limited to Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gages.
• Previous Experience writing Inspection Reports and Non-conformance Reports.
• Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
• Extreme attention to detail, organized, and accurate.
• Experience with Millimeter Wave Components/Testing.
• Experience working under ISO/AS9100.
• Experience with programming or operating a CMM is a plus.
• Previous Calibration Experience a plus.
• Previous Assembly experience a plus.

Compensation
